We are aware that both Lloyds Chemists in Attleborough are experiencing some large supply issues for many basic and regularly prescribed medications. These are not national supply issues, but appear to be specific to our local chemists.
This is causing a significant amount of duplicate work for our Practice and long queue times for patients as our staff work to support Lloyds patients with their medication queries. We request your patience with our dispensary team and our GPs who are not always able to respond immediately to Lloyds medication queries.
Please also be aware that you may be asked to collect a paper prescription from the Practice so that you can take this to be filled at an alternative chemist.
