- Rang reception, got call back from Paramedic Practitioner mid-morning, got appointment mid-day, all sorted, happy.
- Fast response to my online submission and seen very quick
- The nurse Practitioner listened to my problems and did thorough checks. She was professional and an asset to the practise.
- The doctor was great, reassuring and friendly. My appointment was 20 minutes late which is why I’ve only put good.

- Arrived about ten minutes early for my appointment for a blood test. In and out before my appointment time and the young man who took my bloods was very good at putting my at easy due to my dislike of needles
- Completed e-consult for my son in the morning, got an F2F appt the same day. Appt was on time, clinician was very personable and even got the medication from dispensary himself and we administered the dose to my son together. Brilliant service.
- Seen immediately. Thorough testing. Further appointment made to have physio and blood pressure tests. Treated with kindness and patience throughout.
- Receptionist was polite and helpful when booking appointment. There was no delay or waiting when I arrived at the surgery. Both nurses were polite, listened to me and gave me other options to the medication I was on.
- The nurse was 15 minutes late so not very good? She was professional and sympathetic.
- I had to wait a little while, but the nurse was friendly, caring and listened.

- I found the Nurse professional and obviously very experienced. She was friendly and also gave me lots of info about all the tests.
- As I was seen next day after messaging for an appointment to be seen. Was seen by a very lovely young lady who made me feel at ease with the situation I had gone for, which was much appreciated
- Brilliant Dr, quickly diagnosed tonsillitis as I suspected. Meds sent straight to chemist. Polite, Friendly.
- Good communication, little waiting time prior to appointment. Pleasant, friendly appointment, listened to and consulted.
